Egg Podi Idly



Idly Flour:
  1. Raw rice 1 cup
  2. Uradhdal 1/4 cup



Creating Stuff:
  1. Egg
  2. One teaspoon Oil
  3. 1/2 table spoon turmeric
  4. 1/2 table spoon chilli powder
  5. Pinch of salt


Mixing Procedure:

  1. Take a pan and pour one teaspoon of oil
  2. Break and pour the raw egg 
  3. Add turmeric, Chilli powder and salt
  4. Make it like a scrambled
  5. In Idly pan put the idly flour
  6. Over the flour put some scrambled egg
  7. Cook this for 10 min.
